I’m very glad we found this car service. They were reliable, friendly and comfortable rides. Most importantly, they were very easy to communicate with. When we wanted to change a pick up time, it was easy and they had no problems accommodating us. Price was reasonable as well! I highly recommend.

Richard was on time, and couldn’t have been more helpful. He went over and above what we had hoped for with helping us with our bags and boxes, and he never showed any impatience when we stopped for a brief lunch, which was not brief. The cafe we went to lost our order.

I would like to commend the excellent service provided by Roman Bath Private Hire and in particular my driver, Sorin. It was a 5.5 hour journey and throughout Sorin drove safely and proved to be an excellent travelling companion. I found dealing with the company’s owner to be fast and effective. I highly recommend Roman Bath Private Hire.

I had an excellent experience with this company and would use again if in the area. Booking was straightforward and I received updates when a driver was assigned, on their way, and on arrival. Ben took me to Heathrow and we had a pleasant drive and nice conversation, a very nice way to end a holiday without adding more stress to travel.

Excellent service! Our flight to Bristol was delayed by an hour but our friendly driver Mr Huxtable was there when we stepped out of the airport. Will definitely recommend and book again!
