Salisbury Cathedral can’t be missed
Salisbury cathedral was finished in around 1320 and took the best part of 100 years to build. The present day Salisbury cathedral replaced the monastery from nearby Sarum after the monks decided they didn’t like the noise from the neighbouring barracks. Besides this Salisbury cathedral houses one of the 4 copies of the Magna Carta. However the most impressive part of Salisbury cathedral is its spire that stands at 123 metres tall. Salisbury cathedral is the tallest spire in Britain and indeed the second tallest in europe as well. Therefore it would be a loss to not visit Salisbury and would most Certainly be something you would regret.
